•Oversaw the recruitment, hiring, training, and support of advocates for the Nobody Ages Out (NAO)program.
•Conducted weekly supervision; including creating the advocates’ weekly work schedule, followingup on caseload and other tasks, verifying progress notes have been entered into the database, ensureadvocates are prepared for upcoming foster parent certification classes, workshops, training, andevents.
•Supported the coordination of internal/external meetings for the Nobody Ages Out (NAO) Directorand Coordinator, including developing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
•Arranged travel, lodging, and meal accommodations for youth advocates and other YGB teammembers.
•Spearheaded monthly events, secured event space, supplies, decor, and event activities.
•Assisted the NAO Director and Coordinator with seeing through the goals and objectives of the NAOstrategic plan.
•Contributed to maintaining partnerships with organizations within the community as the central pointperson through telephone, email, and in-person communication of events and opportunities for theyouth and families we serve.
